About Us
The founders of The Space have musical and acting backgrounds and have played in various bands in the Greater Lowell area. Because of this kind of hands-on experience, great lengths have been taken in the design of the facility to dampen sound leakage and enhance the acoustic quality of each rehearsal room. Although specifically designed with musicians in mind, The Space is really a facility dedicated to the performing arts. It's a great place for individuals that want to rehearse their song and dance act, or have a comfortable place to rehearse for their upcoming play. There is also a room large enough to accommodate orchestras & choirs of almost any size. Contact Us
Tours or Appointments
Call today to take a tour or to set up an appointment. Studios are offered on a first come, first serve basis and can be reserved in advance. The studio is available for booking nearly anytime day or night, seven days a week. Regular hours for The Place @ The Space Cafe are Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 7pm. The cafe is also open during live and special events and during appointments for rehearsal and recording. The Space tel: 978.459.4755 Directions
From either 495 or Route 3, take the exit for the Lowell Connector From the Connector, take the Thorndike St. exit (second to last exit) After the third set of lights, take the ramp on the right At the second set of lights at the top of the ramp, turn left onto Middlesex St Middlesex Street bears to the right just after the Boys and Girls Club, follow to first set of lights which is School Street Turn right on School, at the crest of the hill turn right onto Western Avenue Drive to the very end of the street, past the large parking lot on the right.
